By leveraging the very culture of hospitality to create real opportunities, TPF continues to impact lives—one event, one grant, and one act of generosity at a time.
The Challenge
How do you create a lasting support system for an industry built on serving others? When COVID-19 devastated the hospitality sector, over 110,000 restaurants closed, and more than 520,000 employees were left without work. These individuals—many with families to support—faced an uncertain future with limited resources. The challenge was clear: the hospitality industry needed a foundation that could give back to those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
THE IDEA
Born from crisis but built for impact, the Think Pineapple Foundation (TPF) was created to uplift and support local hospitality employees, veterans, and minorities. By harnessing the power of hospitality itself—through events, experiences, and community-driven initiatives—TPF turns gatherings into opportunities, using food and beverage as the vehicle to drive donations, grants, and real change.
THE Impact
From its inception, we played a key role in shaping the Think Pineapple Foundation’s identity and impact:
Brand Development & Design – Crafted the foundation’s logo, visual identity, and essential brand assets.
Marketing & Collateral – Designed sponsor decks, event flyers, signage, and digital content to support fundraising initiatives.
Event Execution & Fundraising – Helped plan, organize, and execute over a dozen charity events, including:

Legends Concert Series Beverage

Christmas Eve PJ Party
Hurricane Ian Relief Fund, which raised over $50,000
