Sizzle Restaurant week

What started as a vision to elevate the local dining scene became a movement—one that brought together top restaurants, passionate chefs, and food lovers for an unforgettable experience.

We built Sizzle Restaurant Week from the ground up, crafting its brand, marketing strategy, and digital presence to drive awareness and fill tables across the region. More than just a restaurant week, Sizzle became a platform that celebrated culinary excellence, supported local businesses, and connected the community through the love of great food.

The Challenge

How do you turn the slowest seasons for restaurants into a time of excitement, community, and record-breaking reservations—while elevating the dining culture of Southwest Florida?

THE IDEA

Sizzle SWFL Restaurant Week wasn’t just about dining deals—it was about creating a movement that connected food lovers with the best restaurants in the region. By strategically positioning two bi-annual 14-day events during the hospitality industry’s quietest months, we transformed downtime into a celebration of culinary excellence. Through storytelling, partnerships, and immersive experiences, we made Sizzle more than just a promotion—it became a tradition.

THE IMpact

What started as a way to boost restaurant revenue during the slowest months became one of Southwest Florida’s most anticipated culinary events. Sizzle SWFL Restaurant Week brought together 75+ restaurants across 5 cities, filling dining rooms and introducing thousands to new culinary experiences. Through strategic marketing, immersive storytelling, and community-driven initiatives, we turned two 14-day events into a movement that left a lasting impact.

  • 350,000+ reservations per edition

  • 75+ participating restaurants spanning 5 cities throughout SWFL

  • $50,000+ in scholarships donated to FGCU students

  • 127,000+ engaged email subscribers

  • 265,000+ social reach, driving awareness and excitement

  • 1,000+ daily website visits, connecting diners with the best restaurants

Beyond the numbers, Sizzle was about celebrating the chefs, the teams, and the food that make Southwest Florida a true dining destination. From the sold-out 500+ person “First Bite” kick-off event to the long-term impact on the local hospitality industry, Sizzle wasn’t just about filling tables—it was about building a stronger, more connected food culture.
